I haven't done anything other than look at the ad. The only thing that looks strange to me is the low price but that doesn't make it a scam. What response did you get trying to contact the seller?
The seller has excellent feedback. 100% positive from 955 people is really saying a lot about the seller. 167 feedbacks over the last 12 months and all were 100% positive. That's hard to do.

Not unless you have someone working in Ebay who doesn't care about losing their job and being criminally prosecuted. The security protocols for programmers and technicians who access Ebay's internal software could likely teach the U.S. government a thing or two.
