I stop flying when battery was at 30% is it ok to recharge .or let battery drain out to 10% then recharge to pro long battery life???

There's no need to run it down to 10%
It's fine to recharge at any level.

Why do you think discharging further down to 10% will prolong its life? We are not talking about the hysteresis here as that doesn't exist in these Lipo batteries.
