Charging one of my batteries (my newest one I believe) - around the time it should have been finished I noticed it was flashing all lights green. First I've seen that. Off the charger when I push power button it behaves as it should. But if I put it back on the charger and push the button, nothing lights up. Should I be concerned?

When the battery is mostly charged (above 95%), you'll need to turn it on before you hook it to the battery charger. Give that a try and see what happens.
