So I was on the line with LA support line today but I think there only Trained in rma handling ............ long story short I ask him "whats close enough to be considered with in tolerance". He said, well if you don't get twenty minutes of flight time send the battery in. I picked up, he knew nothing of phantoms and didn't persist. What do you think? Percent of life vs fully charge capacity?
