    low battery and critical battery

I dont want these to cause a return to home. looks like i cannot turn this off in the Assistant software?

if it does RTH can i take it back over by flipping the Atti switch?

issue is that i may not be in a position for the craft to get to the home spot after launch - like from a moving boat

Try NAZA mode and you have the option of AutoLand instead of RTH

I normally fly down to 40% and use the remaining battery to manually fly home, so I have never tried low/critical battery level RTH function and flipping switches to take over. I think its possible though. When I am in RTH mode (via transmitter off), I just flip the switch down and back to GPS to gain control after turning my Tx back on.
