Professional Bad video monitoring on DJI app (Phantom 3)

    Sometimes the video signal of the Phantom 3 Pro in DJI app is very bad... the image freezes and appears trails in the image... like below in the still attached.

    First times I thought that it occurred by the long distances and some RF interferences but I noticed that it occurs even with the aircraft is near from the RC...

    Obs.:
    The recorded video is perfect... this is only about the monitoring display on the app.
    Btw I'm using a mini-iPad3 with 128Gb and there is 34Gb free.
    I'm also attaching an example of the problem.

    Someone could help me with this please?
