What was bad about the motor?

Bought a p3p 2weeks ago after my p3s went rogue .i must say what a difference in flight and quality of video is much better than p3s,but on my preflight inspection i noticed a clicking sound coming from one of the rotors didn't like the way it sounded so i scrubbed the flight and got in touch with Amazon which said send it for full refund at that time ordered anther p3p it'll be here moday

Did you inspect further or just returned it? It may be a sound from cracking off a plastic part.

Just returned it got new one for $937

I didn't take it apart i looked it over nothing was obvious

Update i thought one motor was bad because of clicking sound,it was one of my cf props from drone world they hub is loose.called drone world they said to bad so sad.so not useing them bought some dji cf props yellow tipped and they look and perform great
