Phantom 4 or Mavic Pro for real estate footage

I am a photographer and want to buy a drone for real estate photography and video. I am tempted to get the Mavic, but I am not sure if the FOV of 20mm of the Phantom 4 is better suited for real estate then the 28mm of the Mavic. What do you guys think?

Going on day 2 of owning a quad and already I've had a job offer from a real estate guy. I'm just wondering if there are any quick tips from members doing this sort of thing. Keeping in mind I'm a rookie flyer and very amateur photographer. I'm not looking for legal info, strictly camera/quad...
