Zenmuse 2d to 3d upgrade .. should i get the power drill ?

That 2d to 3d zen muse bracket for older phantom IIs is back order .. i understand that the bracket is needet to acomodate the extra motor on top ... did anywone just drill a biger hole in the phantom to solve this issue ?
