You have the overexposure alert set in the Go app. The stripes areas are telling you where the scene would be overexposed with the present settings. It's only in the app view, not in the images recorded on the SD. You can turn it off in the camera settings.
 
that is the over exposure warning , you can find it under camera settings , it can be turned off , it will NOT show on the sd card, tapping the screen at different spots will change the exposure , a small amount of zebra stripes is what you want , a lot = too much of the image is over exposed ( too bright ) , tapping on AE will turn AE blue and save your settings when you have the image / exposure set as you want it .
 
Do a search over the threads here. Been several about 3rd party apps that would record the screen (android).
