Worth It?

I came across a local deal but didn't bite on the P3P because it had the no video transmission error on the screen. It was updated to the latest firmware. User claimed he had it sitting and then the error popped up, but who knows what that really means. It was $325 and came with two batteries. Should I have bought it or did I do the right thing and passed on it?

you did the right thing by passing. I personally will not buy a used Phantom as there are too many things you should check before forking over your cash. I have had many phantoms and about half of them had to go back for an exchange or return due to defects. Even my last phantom purchase of a P4P had to be returned to B&H due to a GPS error. There is no exchange or return policy when you buy used. Also unless you fly the batteries and then check the stats in healthydrones or the phantomlog viewer there is no way to know if they are good or not.
