Win Driver Installer Certificate Revoked?

I recently installed new hard drives on my desktop and upgraded to Win 10. When attempting to install the Win Driver Installer I get a message saying:
"This publisher has been blocked from running software on your machine".

If I click on the publisher's name in the message (a string of Chinese characters) I get another message saying "A certificate was explicitly revoked by it's issuer"

If I pull up the certificate itself, it says:
"This certificate has been revoked by it's certification authority"

It shows the certificate to be valid from 12/27/12 to 12/31/15

I've also tried running it as an administrator, but with the same results.

Has anyone else run across this and/or know how to fix it?

I read somewhere here, that there was issued with the assistants, and Win 10, try searching the forum, can't remember where I saw it, sorry, but I did read something about this here somewhere? ( not about the revoke part, just that it would not work, for some reason, DJI was aware of the problem, and was working on a fix for it, but I never saw the fix, only the problem, but I have not searched for it either, as I did not upgrade to 10, because of MANY MANY problems with it, will wait until they get it right! I haven't had much time to search lately, been very busy at work, late hours and all that.
If anyone else has any info on it I'd really appreciate it.
