Why does footage glitch?

Hi there, I've taken a few videos with the phantom 4 but occasionally there will be a glitch where the frames appear to be present in the editing software but playback will glitch for a few seconds. It will then flick to the subsequent frame creating a lack of continuity in the footage - is there something that I can do to stop this happening?

Are you getting the footage off the SD card on Phantom?? Or are you getting the cached vid from your iPhone?

Yeah, you need to download the video that was recorded to the microSD card in the drone. The cached video is of low quality and is subject to any dropouts in transmission from the quad to your phone.
