What to buy after crashed PV+

Damaged - Gimbal twisted, ribbon snapped, red light now when try to turn on the drone.

Should I try to repair it, convert it to P2 4H-3D, get a second hand Phantom 2 4H-3d with Hero 4, Phantom 3 or other options ?

What I like if possible are these
    1. Longer range (Currently using FPVLR antennaes)
    2. Go Pro 4K so I can use the go pro for other sports
    3. More crash proof than the PV+
    4. Not too expensive.

The Phantom 3 is none of the things on that list, and so much more... ;-)

You have some serious decisions to make...

It would be very hard to look past the P3.
Nothing out there can match it and at the current price it's a gift.

The Phantom 3 camera is really good. You dont even need a Gopro camera to have quality aerial video since its use Sony sensor, one of best video sensor on the world.

From you wanting 4 k video it's very expensive to convert, especially if you want the FPV function through the camera. You will also have to see why yours is not starting. That will take some diagnostics and repair money. To answer your question it leaves a question. What do you really want and how deep are your pocketbooks?
