What is the maximum still image size?

My images from the P4P are 2160 x 3840.

That's not the highest resolution, is it? (I have not yet figured out the camera controls--I'm just using whatever was preset).

PIV Image Size:

For stills in 3:2 aspect ratio I get 5472x3078 (that is in US style w x h), in JPG or DNG. Try pressing button 12 to take a still, and button 16 to start/stop video recording (with reference to the User Manual v1.0, p. 9)
