What does two yellow and three red means!?

Right out of the box, turned on my TX and then turned on my phantom. It's blinking two yellow and three red non stop. What does that mean? I'm running 4.0 according to the desktop software. Appreciate your help, thank you.

2 Yellow = sticks not centered
3 reds = No GPS satellite lock
