It does appear to be a diode manufactured by 'Little Fuse".
Looks like it is part of the USB port (pin-1, VCC) to protect the [charging] input from spikes etc.
Because of this it's most likely a TVS type and you should be able to Google the numbers to find out exactly.
It is unclear to me what the exact part number is from the photo supplied.
