Default is 30% and 15%. I just set mine to the lowest allowed, 20% and 12%.

I'm 15-20,
But I ONLY fly line of sight, if you are flying in close range, lower settings are ok,
If you fly far away, or FPV, you may want higher settings, to give you enough time
To land safely! Remember at 12% phantom auto-lands!
It all depends on your flying style! Just don't cut yourself short!
I'd rather hear the beeps for a while, than loose my craft in a lake, due to
Auto-land feature!
