Please note the Vision's 1080i60 setting is Interlaced video (hence the "i"). If you're playing it back on a computer (progressive-scan monitor) then it's most likely being de-interlaced to 1080p30 anyway.
As far as I know, the only real advantage to the 1080i60 setting is special-effects: specifically, smoother slow-motion when you reduce the playback speed in video-editing software. If you're not doing slow-motion, I wouldn't bother with it.
