Video is not smooth

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my P2V+, the video's sometimes "jump" as if there are some frames missing. This is visible in the video coming straight out of the camera. I am sure it didn't happen in the editing. For example in this video you can see what I am talking about at 1:10 to 1:15:

I have the same thing with my p3s the problem comes because the video is transmitted via WiFi which isn't too fast and can't transmit a good frame rate. When you take the SD card and put it in the computer to see your videos they're silky smooth and great quality
