Video button on RC

Hello folks,
I am going out today to fly and shoot video with my new P3P. With the video button on the RC, does it start the video when I push it, then stop the video when I push it again, or do I hold it down the entire time I'm shooting?

You can find the owner's manual online. You really REALLY should read it front to back before flying. Or not, and likely crash. Then your next post will be "my phantom crashed for no reason".
