Has anyone flown the upgraded v2+ with the new motors and controller? I'm wondering if you have experienced any loss of satellites when video is started. I thought I read somewhere that new upgraded units had a foil like addition inside to help prevent that problem. I guess DJI doesn't advertise that fact, that might mean they are accepting any blame

I received my phantom 2 vision plus the 10th of September 2014, I experienced the same problem.Had nine satellites turn on video dropped to 3 or 4 satellites,I about lost it a couple of times . I finally got fed up with it so I sent it to UAVDirect, they had it over a month and told me they couldn't fix the problem, now it's on the way to DJI Technology in California . You should call DJI support and have it fixed especially if you have a warranty.
