Unwanted info overlay on video

Not sure how I did it but all of a sudden my video has an overlay showing GPS position, date time camera settings and barometer reading. I do not want this overlay but cannot see how to remove it.
Any advice would be appreciated

Delete the .SRT files that are stored along with your videos and turn off this setting in the DJI GO app:

Or you can just turn it off in VLC - for some reason it is on by default. It's under subtitle menu & you just disable it, or just throw the .srt file away first.
