Ultimaxx Pro 11 BackPack

I Purchased the Ultimaxx pro 11 backpack a little over a year ago , I have used the backpack many times and I have been hard on it, So about a week ago a zipper broke on the backpack so I contacted Amazon.ca and requested a return they told me I was past the return date request closed. So I sent an email to Center Drone the selling company, Within one hour I had a return email from misty Saying we are very sorry for the failure of the bag and a new bag will be sent ASAP, Three days later a new bag arrived at my door at no cost what so ever to me. WOW what service from this company. Center Drone is a stand up company. I just wanted to share this experience.
