I need some advice please.

My friend who is a professional videographer has asked me to do some aerial footage for him at a wedding he is covering. I will not be receiving any payment for this, I am simply helping him out and giving him the footage for free.

The venue has granted permission and I will be there as a member of the public who is flying within the limits of the ‘drone code’

Do I need to hold a pcfo for this? I am receiving no payment but my friend is selling the footage to his client.

Sorry but I think the answer would be yes. You would be shooting the material with the prior knowledge that there is a commercial aspect to the project.
