TS832 and LILLIPUT 664/W CHANNELS AND ANTENNAS

Can anybody tell me which is the best configuration for this setup??, I mean which are the best channels and what antennas are the more appropriate??
My entire setup is p2, h3d3, gopro hero 3, 2.4 ghz datalink, 5.8 ghz ts832

I have different monitor but same tx. I have had best range on channel 32. Recently added pinwheel to tx and monitor then using 4.25 turn helical on monitor second antenna (dual diversity monitor) with real good range. FPVLR.COM antennas.

thanks for your reply!! I am gonna try to set channel 32 and see what happen before getting new antennas
