Transfer Pics / Video without SD Card Reader

Phantom 4. Left my SD Card reader at home, not sure if I will have time to run to a best buy or something equivalent.

Can I attach a Micro USB and pull the pics / videos somehow?

Yeah, if you connect your Phantom with your sd card in, you can transfer the contents to your PC. A bit overkill for a card reader but it'll work.
