Thoughts on back roads and flying

Hey!

Has anyone pulled to the side of the road and taken off from the street? I was interested in doing this on some back country roads that do not have much traffic. Preferably in "Amish country", where vehicles are rare except local traffic.

I do it all the time, just watch out for horses and carts and blow your hair back and launch it.
