There is no heli pad where it says there is supposed to be one. I live 1/4 mile from the "Walden Ranch Heliport", which is a house a few streets down.
Just curious who does this get reported to? If I use the b4ufly app, it lists the helipad, and another a few miles away that is also a 'ghost' helipad. So pretty much my small town of Wylie Tx, has a huge part of in-flyable airspace because of non existent helipads.

The only existing heliport in my town is at the U.S. Renal Care - Wylie Dialysis & Home Dialysis. And this one is NOT on the b4ufly app.

What the hell? Do I just stay away from the one I KNOW exist?

You can't get in trouble for flying too close to something that isn't there.

Do you have your part 107?

If not, and you are flying for fun then you just have to contact the airports that are within 5 miles. The app is a "hey look what is around you" not a "can't let you fly". Contacting a helipad that doesn't exist... kinda hard. So who is going to come back and say you didn't tell them you were going to be within 5 miles.

If you have a part 107 then you should see if you are in a controlled airspace, if so, then follow the steps to get a waiver.
