the S-2, S-1 switch on transmitter?

I'm not getting the S-2, switch (IOC). Course lock and Home Lock????? the manual don't tell when or how you use it. Do you flip it all the way down and then it flies back to the "home" location? What does the middle "course" switch do?
And the S-1 switch has two Attitude (ATTI) positions, both are the same? Top is GPS and the middle and bottom are manual modes? Thank you for looking.

It's all in the manual on the dji website.

You need to activate them in the Naza software.

I know this isn't much help but this is really basic stuff all covered throughout the forum and in the manual.

Did you install the assistant software?

OK..... finding some you tube videos and getting some info here and there. Not sure if that stuff is downloaded or not? The grandkid helped me with that part. I can fly it up/down etc., just want to figure out some of the more advanced stuff. thank you.

Go to this website and get the assistant software. You have to enable the Home Lock and Course lock in the software. Make sure you install the drivers while the FC40 is plugged in. You need to read the manual before flying it.
