Taking Phantom 4 to Finland

Sure it is. However, study the local legislation before you fly (applies to every single country/area). Common sense prevails, don't fly in urban area or above crowds, keep it under 150m but since there are lots of approach zones you better keep it under 50m if you don't have the maps/information in hand. Also don't fly close/into military areas or you will be in deep ****. Also it's worth to mention that every single Nordic country is cold/very cold/extremely cold in this time of year, so be prepared.
