Hello,

I decided to replace the tablet I had been using with my P3S--I have ordered the Nividia Shield K1.

So, I know I have to install the DJI Go app, but do I have to update the firmware of the Phantom too if I have recently done so?

My question is if I install the app on this new device, then all I have to do is connect to the Wi-Fi of the quadcopter like before?
Does the Phantom and controller have to be on for the installation?
Thanks for any insights,

Yes, that's all you need to do.

I'm adding another question here, is that possible to transfer flights logs (data) from one tablet to the other ?

It can be interesting to keep all that information.

First, thank's for the anwser "yes" , and now "how" ?

Do i have just to install DJI Go Apps on the new tablet and then copy over the DJI directory from one tablet to the other using Airdroid and FileExplorer ?

To transfer your data all it takes is to sign again with the e-mail that you used last time [emoji4]

You can sync the flight logs in DJI GO like this:

There is no way to sync the pics and vids.
