Yes, and that is exactly why rth isnt automatic on loss of rc connection in waypoints. With or without rc connection, the mission will continue. If the mission brings it back within range, connection is reestablished. You can test in an open field by designing a short mission with the final wp relatively nearvby, sending it on its way, and cutting off the rc. The p3 shouldn't miss a beat and should finish the mission with whatever final action you set ("do nothing" and it should just hover at the final wp). Turn the rc back on and it should reconnect.
