Hi all,
I'm new here and have been putting a P2V+ through its paces for the last few days. I have 2 questions..
1. I had the stock camera go missing - yes you heard right...the friggin thing zoomed off after I took off initially, and I had no control...It ended up stackin it not far off but at the crash zone I just could not find the camera.
The gimbal was still connected but camera piece fell off somewhere..my guess its 6 feet under dirt as the crash was a good one.
Anyway, I was thinking that its best to replace the stock camera with a go pro maybe ?? But does it have the control options as per the stock camera i.e app controlled..Has anyone done similar on this version of Phantom ?
2. On my baseline tests I flew the phantom 2 straight up...on a big field with not much around at all...it RTH at about 100-120 metres ?? I've seen others here getting much better range..Any tips on that as well ?
