The people with sound in their videos are using GoPro cameras.

I had sound with a gopro. Really sucks , only thing you really hear is the prop noise.

I use i-movie to edit my flight recordings. Cut out the boring stuff, and then add background music (or seagull noise, or wave crashes) My PV2+ does not have a mic, so watching silent movies was bland. There are some good instructional videos on this topic.
