GL300A controller with v1.2.6 fw, highly sought after by long range pilots. The older firmware had more power output. DJI cut the power output down with their newer firmware and there is no way to roll back.

Will that firmware work if the aircraft is updated to latest? Just wondering coz my 300a is on 1.5 and it wont let me fly unless it is updated to a more recent fw

I'm honestly not sure. I had 1.9 fw on my P3P and I was able to fly it with no issues, but your mileage may vary.

it will not. you will have to update the controller to 1.5.8 or later
