Smooth video feed on Android device

I know this has come up multiple times, but there seems not to be a definitive answer. What is the best Android tablet to use, to get video as smooth as on the iPad? Most people who only flew Android are not aware the video on iOS is much, much smoother.
So if possible I'd like people who have done a side by side comparison. I was thinking about the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, but knowing DJI, even on that device, the video feed might not be optimal.

I have no problems with my Tab A
I would be very surprised to find that Apple is better
