Skewed Flights Using the Ground Station?

I've had several strange flights using the Ground Station, but now I have some visual evidence for what has been happening. While using the GS, my P2 flies in strange orientations to the path that I've set. As you can see here, the photos are tweaked against the direction of travel, but only in one swath. This means that the P2 is crabbing as it travels, instead of flying straight. But, why would it only do this in one direction? I did not orient the compass before this flight, but I have done it recently and nearby.
