I use 10 days but I don't really think it matters that much because you will do a full charge before flying. Just my opinion.
Depends on your circumstances. The longer a pack is kept at full charge the faster it looses capacity. Can have a big impact on lifespan if kept constantly at full charge. If you know when your likely to fly in advance charging close to the event is good practice. If you need to be ready at a moments notice keep one or more on the 10 day setting.
I keep mine at just over 50 o/o charge after using them with a 10 day setting. I would never keep them charged fully. I probably could have worded it differently
