SD Card format

I am having trouble with the camera recognizing SD cards. Can anyone inform me of the disk format they are supposed to be?

When I boot the camera up I just get a rapidly flashing green light, can't record and no wifi.

Is it a class 10 sd card? The software can format the sd card from the iphone or android phone.

It is a class 10 card, but unfortunately I can't even get the camera fully booted up (it does not broadcast an SSID) with the card in it. I've tried this with two different cards.

You will have to reset the camera. Check your manual.
