Hi everyone, I am very excited as my P3P arrived yesterday from DJI with extra battery. Unfortunately due to weather condition here in Montreal I only flew it Indoor, so far so good:)
I have noticed that the RC is charging both of my android devices using the supplied cable, is there a way to prevent the RC of charging the Smartphone? I believe that charging the smart phone will drain the battery of the RC pretty fast.

    Thanks :)

There is no way to prevent that -- other than disconnecting your phone when you're done flying.

The rc has a huge 6000 mah battery and it's only outputting a very small amount of juice into the device . It's not enough to worry about. The rc can handle about 10 flights before needing charged .

Your phone could charge for days (it would stop charging before then) without any significant affect on the controller.
