radar affect P3P?

I want to video a certain area in the hills but after walking around the area I see that there's a radar sweeping back and forth plus about 3 dipoles antenna, the area is on the coast so I think it maybe for shipping.

will radar affect my P3P ?

Yes the risks for electromagnetic interference affecting flight are highly elevated in the scenario you have indicated. Unless you have a radio signal strength indication device, it would not be prudent for you to fly in that area - in fact could be construed as negligent operation. If you had a flyaway due to interference, it could be a pretty bad situation. In higher risk situations, always air on the side of caution.
