Question about a DJI Dealer...

Really don't want to discredit or create bad business for DRONEDEPOT.com but I am curious if they are legit?

Last week I put in my first order with them and it still has not been shipped. Funds are gone, no reply to voicemail, no reply to phone calls and their e-mail does not work?

Anyone else having this issue? Or are they just too busy to answer?

Drone Depot is not listed on DJI's list of authorized dealers.

DJI doesn't do a good job keeping that list up-to-date, so that doesn't necessarily mean they are not an authorized DJI dealer. The Drone Depot website advertises that they are an authorized DJI dealer at the top.

If you decide to cancel your order, you can find many authorized DJI dealers who have Phantoms in stock and are ready to ship here.

Thanks! I was excited as they were advertising their batteries were in stock so I placed an order as I am currently flying my Pro 3 with only one and it's been a challenge on many jobs.
