Problem calibrating Sensors with DJI Assistans 2

I get an error message on my P4P that the rear and bottom sensors do not work and I will calibrate the sensors with DJI Assistant 2. But when I try to calibrate, nothing happens. No black dots or squares that I can "chase", nor are there any rays from the sensors that it seems to be doing on the tutors you can watch on Youtube.The surface of the monitor is completely white without the slightest suggestion that the calibration program has started. Please help me. I am going to take some pictures in a big department store with ropes from the ceiling with signs and other things hanging so I really need all the sensors that I can get.

Any suggestions?

I got the suggestion from DJI to change computer and try again so I changed from iMac 5K system Sierra, to a MacBook Pro Retina Early 2015 with the former system El Capitan. And after that I could calibrate the sensors without any problems and it fixed the the rear and bottom sensors so they are working again.
