Problem at beach

So I fly near my house regularly there's a lot of interference butt doesn't bother me and I fly flawlessly but when I go to a rural beach and there is even no one else there I set everything up but on my device the feed freezes every few seconds and disconnects every few seconds, anyone know what it could be as it is rural and I fly my p3s often near my house but out in the open its useless
