Previous owner details.

I bought my P3P second hand and looking in the app on my phone, I see the flights by the previous owner. I can delete the flight details but cannot delete the owner's name. I've put my own name in but still see his name on the second page. How do I get rid of this? Thanks.

I had the same issue with a refurbished replacement P3S. I was using the android app. I wouldn't allow change of owner's. I switched to ipad app, changed name, it was accepted. Went back to android, restarted app and viola. the name was changed..

Unfortunately I don't have access to the ipad app. I'll see if any of the family have one. Thank you.
