Been using Premier Pro for a little while and today it has stopped working. It looks like it launches ok but when it gets to the 'upload existing project' screen it crashes and I get shutting down message. I have had no problems with it up until today, not installed any new software or anything. My other Adobe software like Photoshop and After Effects are ok. Any ideas please? Help!

Can you start a new project?
The existing one if saved properly would still open later, or maybe it made a mess of saving and you'll have to start over.
It does seem to take a surprisingly long time to find everything again and open a project.
A reboot might be in order.
At worst might need re-installing if something is really broke.

It crashes as soon as the project screen pops up, I don't get a chance to start a new project or load a saved one. Rebooted a couple of times, going to try an install.
A re-install sorted Premier, had to re-install the Creative Cloud as well. Now have a minor issue where my Creative Cloud only shows Premier installed when in fact I have four working Adobe Cloud programs on my laptop. They all used to appear in my CC.....
Is that what happens?

I don't fancy them being able to just shut things down remotely at all!
