Poor video

I just bought a phantom 4, and I took it for its first flight, and was not impressed with the video footage I took. The video was poor, with green interference bands across the screen of the video playback. Like brocken video footage. Could this be from the controller to the drone, even though the sd card is in the drone??

I suggest you post a sample in the Phantom 4 group (this is the Phantom 4 pro group and the cameras / software are not the same).

I am not familiar with this problem unfortunately.

Could be inadequate playback hardware/software, too. Were you using the footage directly from the SD card, or from the remote?
