Phanton 2 Vision not responding to throttle up

I did the full upgrade of my phantom...now, the pc assistant says all is up to date.

So, for the next flight I follow my usual steps...power up, link, obtain home, then, move both sticks to start mode. phantom starts fine. But, it won't take off...moving throttle stick forward results in slight rpm increase, but nowhere near enough to take off. And, it won't shut off my moving throttle stick down...

OK, so?????

Just speculation, you may have messed up the calibration of the throttle stick when you did the upgrade. So even though you are moving the stick all the way up or down, the Phantom thinks you are moving it only part way, and thus it won't take off or shut down. Go back to the assistant software and re-check your stick calibration.

Great idea...I thought I had done that but will do so again...makes sense to me. Will post up afterwards.

OK, recalibrated and all is well. A simple thing.
