Phantom software for wimdows

Does anyone else have problems with any of the software loading? Some days it works flawless and other days it won't go past the opening screen where you have the option to skip if it don't load. Like I said I have used it before. I've even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still does not work all the time.

Thanks. When I do skip the light on the bottom does not light up like it does when connected to the Internet.

Don't skip that if it gives you the option, wait to see if it connects on it's own. If it doesn't (and the "skip" option remains), then the software isn't seeing the Phantom, and any changes you make in it won't take effect.
